My name is Holly. I am in Ms. O'Donoghue's class. I was riding for my school last Sunday in a competition in Rolestown. I was practicing a lot. My pony's name is Freckles. He is the best pony in the world. I love him. In the competition I got a clear round. I jumped 11 jumps and then my saddle slipped and time ran out. In two weeks time I am in the competition again. Hopefully my saddle won't slip and I hope I don't knock a fence and I hope I don't fall off.

Mr. McDonald's class did a project on the Vikings. Here Abigail tell's us about their work. 'We did a project about the Vikings. We all had to get our own things to do for the project. We got boxes, newspapers and tinfoil. When we got everything ready we started. There was painting and cutting. We made swords, daggers, boats and jewellery. We had great fun'.

Mr. Galvin's class are mad about Mathletics. Here Suzanne explains what it's all about!

Mathletics is an online website. All of our class joined Mathletics and we find it very good. We have some very good ‘Mathletes’ in our class. Matthew O Toole was number one in the world and Henrijs Bruvers was fifth. Our class was first in Ireland!

When you log into Mathletics there are a number of categories to choose from. Everyone gets their own username and password. Everyone gets their own page. You can play online against other people from all over the world. You can earn certificates.
